RETURNS

We love smiles.  So far we have refunded all plans, book, and DVD complaints.  If you don’t like what you get from our online store we will refund your money.  In our online years we have rarely had a request for a refund and we have yet to refuse a refund request.  If you have trouble with the download we usually remedy that with emails with PDF files attached that give you the downloads you ordered.

SHIPPING PAPER PLANS

We have flat fees:  Shipping and handling for all 50 states: $10   For Canada $15.   For All international shipments $35.

On Canadian and International mailings there may be delays at the receiving country for customs processing. Most international orders take 2 to 3 weeks. Most USA orders arrive within a week. 

We ship almost always by USPS (United States Postal Service).  The USPS has free tracking to almost all countries.

In the few cases of a lost shipment ,we have mailed a second set of plans at no extra charge for the plans or for the shipping.

We are a mom and pop business.  If we’re sick or on vacation shipping could be delayed.  Usually no more than a few days.

DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

When you purchase a digital (downloadable) plan from us, you can download it immediately at the link provided at the time of purchase. That link can also be found in your Order History.  The link expires in 7 days.  Because we know computers can be temperamental, you can download your item twice within that 7 day period.

If you have trouble with the download or if you’ve made a genuine mistake with a download purchase, let us know, and we’ll sort it out.

PRIVACY

Your privacy is very important to us. At Devlin Designing Boat Builders, we have a few fundamental principles that we follow:

• We don’t ask you for personal information unless we truly need it.
• We don’t share your personal information with anyone except to comply with the law, develop our products, or protect our rights.
• We don’t store personal information on our servers unless required for the on-going operation of our site.

Your personal data will be used to process your order and support your experience throughout this website. We do not share this information with anyone. We DO NOT keep (or even have access to) your credit card or PayPal information. All of that happens on the PayPal side of the checkout.

Like most websites, we collect non-personally-identifying information of the sort that web browsers and servers typically make available, such as the browser type, language preference, referring site, and the date and time of each visitor request. We use this information to better understand how our visitors use our website. 

We may collect statistics about the behavior of visitors to our website. For instance, we may monitor the most popular pages on our site or use spam screened by the Akismet service to help identify spam.
