The Scaup 18 is the bigger sister to the Scaup 16.  It allows a couple of more hunters aboard, or large dogs, or more decoys.  The key difference is the considerably larger volume of boat that the increased length and beam give you.  That size also adds increased sea-worthiness and allows for a higher horsepower outboard.
